What We Offer

Here’s everything you need to know about sessions, the support we offer and any questions you may have.

Areas of experience include:

NDIS

The NDIS can feel like a bit of a jungle, but that’s where Occupational Therapy plays an important role.

As an OT, my focus is on understanding how your condition impacts your daily life and identifying practical, evidence-based strategies to improve your independence, safety and participation in meaningful activities.

I provide:

  • Functional Capacity Assessments to evaluate how you manage daily activities and identify areas requiring support

  • Assistive Technology assessments and reports to recommend equipment that enhances independence and participation

  • Home Modification assessments and detailed reporting to ensure changes are clinically justified and aligned with your functional needs

  • Ongoing therapy to build skills, increase confidence and work toward your individual goals

  • Parent, family and caregiver education to support carryover of strategies into everyday routines

My role isn’t just to “link you in” , it’s to assess, problem-solve and provide tailored therapeutic recommendations that are grounded in your functional goals and real-world needs.

The aim is always to maximise independence, safety and quality of life in a way that feels achievable and meaningful to you.

Paediatrics

Kids are wonderfully unique, and so is every family. Whilst I’m happy to support all children, I have particular experience working with children with Autism, ADHD and Global Developmental Delay.

Building a strong therapeutic relationship with your child is important, but I’m also passionate about working closely with parents and families. My approach is practical and collaborative, creating strategies, adjusting routines and finding realistic solutions that work in your real, busy life (not just in theory!).

I support children with:

  • Fine motor skills (handwriting, using cutlery, tying shoelaces)

  • Gross motor development and building strength

  • Developing independence in everyday tasks

  • Family-friendly strategies to make daily routines smoother

Small changes can often create big wins at home!

Aged Care & DVA Clients

Supporting older loved ones can feel like a balancing act, we want them safe and well cared for, but we also want to preserve their independence and dignity.

An OT review can provide clarity and reassurance. Together, we look at what’s working, what’s not, and what small (or sometimes big) changes could make life safer and more manageable, without taking away independence.

Support includes:

  • Review of living arrangements and equipment to promote independence

  • Liaising with care providers and reviewing care plans

  • Reports and letters of support as required

  • Sometimes a few thoughtful adjustments can make a world of difference.

I also have a registered provider number to provide equipment & support clients under the Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA).

Home Modifications

Home should feel safe, comfortable and supportive of your needs.

Modifications don’t always mean major renovations, sometimes it’s as simple as installing grab rails. Other times, structural changes may be required to support your health and independence.

As an Occupational Therapist, I:

  • Assess how your environment impacts your safety and independence

  • Identify barriers within the home that may limit daily activities

  • Provide detailed clinical recommendations and reports to support funding applications

  • Work collaboratively with relevant trades and providers to ensure recommendations are understood and implemented as intended

My role is to ensure that any changes to your home are purposeful, evidence-based and genuinely improve your ability to move safely and confidently within your space.

The aim is to create a space that works with you, not against you!
